In Memoriam

Grandma died, and I got nominated to speak/read at her memorial service. I HATE speaking, and I'll just start crying, and the only thing I can think to read/speak about is a poem that my family will either hate or not get (Wallace Stevens' "The Emperor of Ice Cream").

HELP?!?!
